DeAnna Armario and Liz Venema are the Senior Partners of the award winning Armario Venema Homes Team.
DeAnna has been a California resident all her life and a Bay Area resident since 1986 moving from a small town in the Yosemite foothills. Being self employed in the Bay Area since 1991 has allowed DeAnna to be a part of the community as well as involved in her children's education and sporting activities.
Her energy and enthusiasm, coupled with her detail-oriented and ethical approach, will ensure finding you the home of your dreams or selling your home with the least amount of stress. Buying or selling a home can be a wonderful and exciting experience or frustrating and stressful. Along with real estate, DeAnna is most proud of her family and being a mother to three wonderful children. Raising her family in the Tri-Valley area has given her the opportunity to introduce her children to sports, activities, and so much more. The Tri-Valley/East Bay area is truly a great place to raise a family due to the area being so family oriented and diverse in cultures.
Liz has lived in Pleasanton California for the past 35 years. She and her husband, Steve, have raised two daughters through the great Pleasanton School system. Her oldest daughter, Amanda, works with the Armario Venema Homes team as a Transaction Coordinator and Team Assistant. She has been married 5 years and has a 2 year old son. Her youngest daughter is in her senior year of college and in the process of getting her real estate license.
Growing up in Walnut Creek California, Liz was raised in real estate. Her dad was a builder/developer and also had his real estate license. He taught her early on that there is nothing greater than owning your own home and land. Liz got married at 20 years old and she and her husband promptly bought their first home. They purchased their second home when she was 24 and two more rental properties thereafter. Liz has been a principal in real estate for 40 years.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Liz was the General Manager of 11 retail stores for many years. Working with hundreds of people, training, marketing, merchandise management and selling product has been a natural transition into real estate. She has an eye for detail and an inner knowledge for what people desire. Her talents for listening to what people want, taking action on their behalf, working with people of all ages, and believing in them are the qualities that make her successful and encourage clients to work with her. The desire for her clients now is still the same as it has always been - find them the best home and the best fit for their situation. Helping her clients get what they want in all phases of real estate is always her intention. She is an excellent negotiator, making all transactions a win-win, and making dreams come true.
