Here is our Livermore community feature. Livermore is part of the tri-valley in the east bay and is a neighbor to Pleasanton and Dublin. Livermore has a population of just under 90,000 and the homes here are affordable, compared to the cities of Oakland and San Francisco. Livermore was Founded by William Mendenhall in the 1840s, and was named after his friend Robert Livermore. Robert was a rancher as this area was predominantly used as grazing land for sheep cattle and horses. Livermore is now a community of families and business owners and has easy access to the lager cities in the tri-valley and all of the South Bay areas.
